    Good

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially with providing directions for us when we needed to get to a particular place, even going to the trouble of printing off maps for us. Super breakfast!

The facilities in our room were poor with one of the bedside lights broken and the main light in the bathroom also didn't work, (however we were able to use the shaver light above the mirror which was adequate enough.) One of the plug sockets was jammed and so couldn't be used. In addition, the water pressure of the shower was so poor that we could soap our hair but had to rinse it in the sink. On the second day of our stay we opted for no shower as it was too much of an ordeal to wash our heads in the sink again.

Good location. Staff were all very helpful. Reasonable price for the room.

The decor and facilities are all getting 'tired' - the shower needed maintenance and the plumbing was somewhat suspect! (room 212)

    Staff were excellent and helpfull.

Room shaby and well worn, much in need of a face lift. Windows draughty, and heater in bathroom did not work. We booked a double room and were given a twin.

Staff were friendly, although new to the business.

Faded glory. Shower/bath didn't work. Room was very cold.

Very close to the Nairn Golf Club which was the reason why we booked it. Also we wanted to get a hotel and not a B&B. See negative comment.

The plumbing is in a poor condition even though the bathrooms look very new. Hardly any pressure to properly take a shower. Too many tourist busses. Every morning a new group. Breakfast is handled poorly due to so many people.

    Leaving

The electricity kept tripping out, over 4 times in our stay. The tv was out of the ark, could only get one channel. The food was disgusting, so much so that we had to return the food and did not pay. Overall the Hotel looked dated and down at heel.

Just the location. Shower had no power, waited 30 mins for breakfast and coffee and when it arrived it was missing half the ingedients and was thrown together. Not worth the £110 per night

    Good

Room nicely decorated and comfy bed

No soap in bathroom or toiletries of any kind. TV mounted on awkward wall for viewing. No biscuits with tea facilities. Flimsy disposible plastic cup in bathroom. Wifi only reliable in lobby. Dinner was rather poor quality and not hot enough. Breakfast buffet was very limited.
